A 59,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement including an internal staircase
To keep up with their growth Westland Insurance needed a new head office. They wanted their new 59,000 sq. ft. space to be an environment where people could comfortably come together. Every aspect was purposefully intended to improve the employee experience, creating a strategic workplace that balances aesthetics with functionality. We also added a staircase linking two of the floors for better connectivity.
