A strategic renovation of the occupied common area
The lobby upgrades at the 400 Burrard building took place on the 4th, 11th, and 17th floor. Some of the project components included new flooring, paint, sprinkler and electrical works. Strict attention to detail and timing was a high priority in this occupied building.
