Real estate development company, Wesgroup, needed a space that reflected its core values and workplace needs. Included in this 20,500 sq. ft. tenancy improvement was the development of a new staircase to connect the floors 20 and 21 to each other so employees can seamlessly move between the two. This project was awarded an IDIBC Shine Award.
