Office space tenant improvement with award winning millwork

After moving into the Bentall 5 Building, law firm Smart & Biggar sought to maximize the potential of the 6,600 sq. ft. space. Key components included creating a “First Impression” reception, boardroom and welcoming cafĂ© area. A mix of private and open offices were designed to take advantage of the natural light while maintaining the privacy of offices. This project won an AWMAC BC Award of Excellence for the impressive millwork throughout the space provided by Wanes Custom Millwork.
