Hub International’s Tenant Improvement covered the 18th & 19th floors of the popular Bentall 1 Building. The 18th floor consisted of 3,490 sq. ft. and the 19th floor was 11,350 sq. ft. of improvement. The two floors offered various private office space, open areas for collaboration and meeting rooms. Both floors offering kitchen/ staff lounge areas.
