Reotech completed a comprehensive 37,000 sq. ft. renovation for a prominent global mining company in Downtown Vancouver. The project spanned two floors and included the construction of an interconnecting staircase. As it was an occupied building, precise structural modifications and detailed planning were crucial to ensure safety and stability.
The result is a beautifully integrated staircase that enhances the overall functionality of the space. The reception area was designed with a striking molded ceiling and recessed lighting, creating an inviting and professional entrance. Modern switch glass was installed for enhanced privacy in boardrooms and meeting rooms.
