On arrival to Boomi’s new offices, employees and visitors are greeted by a stunning reception area, highlighted by an eye-catching hanging light fixture that sets the tone for the space.

The space, spread across three floors, accommodates a variety of work styles, offering a mix of versatile workspaces to enhance collaboration, focus, and comfort. Flexible open areas encourage teamwork, while soft-seating zones provide a relaxed setting for brainstorming sessions. Meeting rooms offer quiet, distraction-free spaces, and boardrooms ensure privacy for more formal discussions.

The office includes a spacious canteen and coffee bars located in various areas across the three floors.

A dedicated learning hub supports training and development, with a folding wall that expands into the canteen to use for town hall meetings and company events.

From a technical perspective, the renovation included upgraded HVAC and heating systems, electrical and data rewiring, and the addition of sound baffles to improve acoustics. The ceiling grid was updated to a modern 2×2 standard, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. Washrooms were fully renovated, including the addition of a gender-neutral accessible facility. Finally, polished concrete floors, new carpeting, and refreshed elevator lobbies completed the transformation, bringing a sleek, contemporary feel to the space.
