Complete Tenant Improvement build out two full floors. Work included all HVAC/electrical work including daylight/occupancy sensors and other environmental considerations. Achieved LEED CI Gold accreditation. The companies branding was included throughout the space through the use of their colours, logo, and geometrics designs.
